Founded in 1973, Cincinnati Pride, Inc. has grown to become one of the most recognized LGBTQ+ nonprofit organizations within the Greater Cincinnati Tri-state area. We produce the annual Cincinnati Pride Festival & Parade, which is currently the largest parade and 3rd largest festival, held within the City of Cincinnati each year. We also produce several community events, and partner with various LGBTQ groups, to help unite the community.
Cincinnati Pride is looking for some new members and some fresh ideas to help take our organization to the next level. The community has given us feedback, and we have some clear objectives to be more present and involved within our Greater Cincinnati LGBTQ+ family. As a result, we are looking for the next group of leaders to help lead the charge. Cincinnati Pride is striving to be a diverse group reflective of the community in which we serve. We are actively seeking applicants from all sexual and gender minorities, people of color; seniors and young adults as well as people with disabilities who all bring a range of skills, experience, and community representation to our leadership.

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Board Member of Cincinnati Pride. Our organization is 100% volunteer driven and is led by an exciting, engaged working board. Serving on the Board of Directors involves a personal commitment of time and resources. Members must be able to commit between 3-5 hours per month. These positions have various term commitments including one year for Members at Large and two years for all "Director" positions.
