​The Buckeye Region Anti-Violence Organization (BRAVO) provides comprehensive individual and community programs for survivor advocacy and support to LGBTQI survivors of hate and bias violence, discrimination, intimate partner violence, stalking, and/or sexual assault.

We believe in an Ohio where people are welcome, affirmed and flourishing, and we identify and transform systems and institutions so that LGBTQ+ Ohioans can fully access legal and lived equality. We’re working to pass a statewide nondiscrimination bill, and we’re supporting municipalities as they seek to add nondiscrimination protections at the local level. Our Legal Clinic offers many free legal services, like consumer law (such as fraud and identity theft), family law, civil rights, administrative help (such as SSI or disability) and more. The clinic can be accessed by calling 855-LGBT-LAW or filling out an intake on our website.​

Founded in 1973, Women Helping Women (WHW) prevents gender-based violence and empowers all survivors. WHW provides evidence-based prevention and expert crisis intervention and support services for survivors of dating violence, sexual violence, domestic violence and stalking in Hamilton and Butler, Ohio Counties (including sexual violence crisis services to Brown and Adams Counties). WHW operates from a public health framework that is survivor centric and promotes diversity and inclusion as core operating values. WHW meets the needs of our region and serves over 15,000 clients annually.
